  Matthew Barry appeared on Today Extra on Wednesday morning
  to discuss his role in casting Gosling, 43, and McAdams, 45,
  in the much-loved film, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
  
  
  When asked about the chemistry tests, Barry said 'you can hear me
  crying behind the camera. It's just one of those moments where
  an actress (McAdams) just comes into my office and
  just says "this role is mine".
  
  'It's one of those rare moments where you go oh my gosh this is just incredible.' 
  
  Gosling brought the 'Kenergy' to the Oscars on Sunday when he performed

  The iconic performance saw several of the film's other Kens
  - Ncuti Gatwa, Simu Liu and Kingsley Ben-Adir - join Ryan onstage in a pink-filled extravaganza.
  
  
  Gosling lost out in the Best Supporting Actor category
  to Oppenheimer's Robert Downey Jr at the 96th Academy
